I prepared one of the recipes for dinner Tuesday evening and thought I would share it. Don't worry, it isn't a complicated recipe. This recipe is from the mother-in-law of a chick named Allison DeMarcus. I have no idea who she is. I guess this is where I should say that my husband and I are not familiar with who the country stars of today might be. We could be sitting next to them at a restaurant and would never know it. Moving on...
This recipe was delicious and super easy to prepare. The taste is a cross between pizza and pasta. The recipe calls for elbow macaroni, but I used penne since we like that better. You can serve it alone or with a side salad, and of course, with french bread. So, without further adieu, Miss Caron's Pizza Casserole...

The key here is meat, topped with multiple layers of meat and cheese. A vegetarian I am not. Heck, it'll make your husband convert the Prius to diesel. The official "Hubby Seal of Approval"!
