I hope you all had a fabulous 4th! We certainly did. I gained about 10 pounds with all of the extra eating and then I come back to the computer and look at all of the great recipes and gain 10 more!
I'm trying to get back in the blogging groove but when you've been on vacation, it is so hard to get behind the keyboard of a computer! :-) We have some great features this week...
I don't know about you, but I love the flavor of pineapple. Unfortunately, I don't eat it that often because I don't like the texture.
Thankfully, with this wonderful Pineapple Daiquiri from Delightful E Made, no eating of pineapple is required! This is a perfect drink to cool off from the Texas heat!
One thing that is almost a requirement for living in Texas is having something made of cowhide in your home.
Most people have rugs and this Faux Cowhide Rug from Rain on a Tin Roof would be a perfect addition to anyone's western-style decor!
I love a pretty cake and this Layered Patriotic Cake from Mama of Many Blessings is absolutely gorgeous!
It looks much too pretty to eat and if I went through all of that work, I don't know that I could let someone cut into it! :-)
Our most clicked-on link last week was this Woodland Themed Canada Tablescape from Dining Delight!
I love all the red and black on this table!
Thank you all for sharing at Celebrate Your Story and congratulations to all our featured bloggers! Please don't leave before linking up this week, we appreciate your participation greatly.

DeleteI can just taste that pineapple daiquiri! I love pineapple anything but specifically pineapple upside down cake. Jenna's rug is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love pineapple upside down cake, it is one of my favorites for sure! I wonder if it is strictly a southern thing as I don't hear a lot of people out here in Texas talk about it. Hope all is well with you sweet friend! Love and hugs!
